Act Like A Local in Canada

If you really want to experience Canada like a local, you may want to visit in the summer. Although many tourists would also like to go to Canada in the winter to try out their wonderful log cabins in the woods and their ski resorts, there is nothing like summer in the country. Join your Canadian friends in camping, star gazing, or hiking in Yukon, it is one of the activities the locals would love to do in summer.

If you plan to go around Canada, don’t miss out on trying the local cafes! Hunt down those beautiful spots where most people line up because they are sure to give you good food. Grab a seat outside the cafe and just watch the wonderful scene of people around you, just like a local.

Canadians are some of the most polite and well-mannered people in the world. You will often hear them say “sorry” at the very smallest of things. They always make sure that they do not offend anybody, more so an expat or a visitor. So better get used to using kind words like “please,” “thank you,”  and “sorry” to return their kindness. If you really want to sound like a local, try to use those polite words towards your Canadian friends.
