Once you’ve already found a property to rent, get in touch with a real estate agent to help you out on signing a contract with the landlord. Lease contract in Russia may or may not indicate the duration of your lease, in this case, it doesn’t limit the tenant whether she extends longer than a year, provided that a notice of cancellation will be provided three months prior to termination of contract.
