Overview

With the theme of "Science and Technology for a Shared Future", the 2026 USTC Future Scientist Exchange Program (FuSEP) Summer Research will select excellent students to work on scientific research projects in top-tier research teams supervised by USTC professors for 6 weeks.

Details

Participants are expected to submit a report highlighting their research findings at USTC. Beyond the research experience, the program offers a diverse array of activities, including lectures on academic topics, visits to world-leading national laboratories, tours to Chinese cultural sites, and interactions with USTC student clubs.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Eligibility

Full-time registered undergraduates or graduates at your home university during your stay at USTC
Have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in the relevant major by the start of this program
An excellent academic record with demonstrated potential and passion for research
A good knowledge of English
