About the DWS Internship
The DWS Internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experiences through individual projects, speaker sessions and networking events. With strong support from mentors and managers, you will be challenged to grow while gaining valuable insights into the world of Asset Management. This is an excellent way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations.
Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. Program the following year.
About the Team
The Traditional Investments Division at DWS covers Active Asset Classes (e.g., Equity, Fixed Income & Cash, Multi Asset) as well as the Passive business. Leveraging the outstanding knowledge of our experts located in EMEA, the US, and APAC, we have outperformed the competition many times and created value for our clients.

Support the team in implementing diverse investment strategies in our portfolios

Collaborate with immediate colleagues and the entire DWS investment platform

Draft own research notes and formulate investment ideas

Advanced English language skills; German skills are beneficial but not required

Very good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Coding skills (preferably Python) are a plus, but not required. Interest in learning and using technology to support investment decision-making is essential

Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset

Strong analytical skills with a structured workstyle

High proactivity, flexibility, reliability, and ability to think outside the box

Keen interest in capital markets, prior experience is not required
