As part of our 2-year European Operations Traineeship, you will gain hands-on experience in production and maintenance environments, work alongside experienced engineers and managers, and contribute to projects focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For
- Recent graduate (0-2 years' experience) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Good English skills
- Basic French is an advantage, or willingness to learn French
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Open to new experiences and potential mobility opportunities during the program
- Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, and continuous improvement
