Your Career Opportunities:
While you are on this exciting journey with us, you will receive plenty of support along the way. Our Mentoring and Buddy Program will help you to settle from Day 1 and feel comfortable in your role as a trainee. Additionally, we will offer a concentrated blend of experiential on-the-job learning through different assignments in various Finance departments; classroom and online training will enable you to build your skills and transition from college to the corporate workplace, leveraging strengths and defining your career path. You will learn all aspects of our finance operations including strategy, planning and performance, reporting and control, business operations, technology and analytics, leadership, and professional ethics and values. You will work alongside experienced professionals who will guide you through each step of your training, providing you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
After the Finance Graduate Program:
Our Finance Graduate Program is designed for you to become one of our future finance leaders within AkzoNobel. After 2 years and 3-4 rotations, you will be landing in a finance position within one of our finance pillars. Together with your Mentor, you will explore the different career opportunities that fit to your strengths and where you can create the most impact for yourself and AkzoNobel.

- You obtained a Masters degree in a Finance, Accounting or related discipline by September 2023
- You have high ambition and desire to learn and grow to become a finance leader
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving and ready to embrace a digital future of finance
- You are not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring a fresh viewpoint
- Proficiency in English
