Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your training in ergonomics and human factors in a cutting-edge field. You will work with a collaborative, innovative, and passionate team, playing a key role in improving user experience and the safety of mobility systems.
On a daily basis, you will work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams.
You will be particularly responsible for updating our standards with the arrival of the new EN16186 standard. You will also conduct a study on the harmonization of pictograms across all our documents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing the gap between our current database and the requirements of the new EN16186 standard
- Completing our pictogram database with those identified during the analysis
- Analyzing discrepancies between the pictograms on control panels and those on screens
- Making decisions and updating both databases to ensure consistency between panel and screen pictograms

Your Profile

- Studies in Ergonomics, Digital Design, or any other relevant field
- Understanding of cognitive analysis
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of standards and regulations: TSI, UIC 651, EN 16186, ISO 9241
- Excellent communication skills in French, and ideally in English
