The program offers a 12-month rotational path that will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our organization and valuable exposure to different areas within the bank.
Key program highlights:
- Induction and trainings in Paris
- Transaction Banking Rotation for 6 months: Immerse yourself in the world of Transaction Banking in Frankfurt/Main (Germany) – Global Trade Solutions (GTS)
- Corporate Coverage Rotation for 5 months: Gain hands-on experience by working closely with the Corporate Coverage team in another European branch
- After successfully completing the program, you will join the Transaction Banking Department equipped with a solid foundation for future growth and career advancement

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Taking part to meetings with Marketers, Coverage Officers, and Clients in relation to structuring and operational aspects of new transactions
- Seeking relevant credit and capital approval and running pricing/GRR models
- Assisting managers with the credit process jointly with the relevant coverage team
- Joining the digital community to spread best practices in terms of digitization of trade finance business
- Contributing to the Sales strategy and roadmap, as well as internal initiatives
- Working on client pitches, proposals and pricing
- Supporting GTS, LIS, Trade & Working Capital Solutions and Coverage through Liquidity Management Advisory
- Preparing client presentations on liquidity and short-term investment strategies in coordination with our experts

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- A bachelor or master’s degree in finance, economics or accounting
- Good knowledge of the corporate banking environment via a previous internship or work experience related to corporate banking or corporate finance
- Attention to details with a solid knowledge of business model & financial analysis
- Business appetite with an acute sense of risk and energy
- Perspective and sense of priority and strategy, matching the clients’ and the bank interests
- Flexibility and eagerness to improve your own performance
- Being fluent in German and English
