This role in summary

In this role based in Milano HQ you will support the finance team to perform cost control activities on the Operational Expenses perimeter. You will also play an essential role in identifying improvement opportunities and driving year-over-year productivity by implementing cost-saving projects.  

Your responsibilities will include

  • Cost Control & Management for Operating Expenses (Europe Central Functions area), in business partnership with functional leaders  
  • Month end close and monthly forecasts, perform Cost Center and Balance Sheet analysis 
  • Help the Finance Manager to identify cost discipline and improvement opportunities to drive profitability for the company 
  • In-month analysis to mitigate risks and anticipate key discussions; tools and reports enhancement, including Labor Cost reporting for the EMEA region 
  • Support ad-hoc projects as per request

Minimum requirements

  • Master’s Degree student (in Economics/Finance/Business/Engineering)  
  • Proficient English speaker (Italian is a Plus)  
  • Strong team player who shares our values and drives innovation 
  • Passionate about Finance 
  • Proficient user of Excel, MS Suite
