Overview
The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) is an international financial institution established by Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine. BSTDB supports economic development and regional cooperation by providing loans, credit lines, equity and guarantees for projects and trade financing in the public and private sectors in member countries.
Details
The intern will assist the Central Log & the BoD and BoG Communications with:
- digitization activities;
- placement of e-memos in the internal Electronic Corporate Management System; grant access rights;
- preparation of meeting folders and archival boxes for off-site protective storage;
- update of Excel databases, logs, lists, etc.;
- review of meeting folders, crosschecking of hard copies against electronic files, creation of folder indices.

Applicants should:
- be students or hold a degree in Library Science and/or Information Systems, or Business Administration, Legal or International Studies;
- have an excellent command of the English language;
- possess good MS Office skills.

Cost/funding for participants
The duration of an internship shall be from 1 to 6 months, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Interns shall receive a monthly internship maintenance grant for each month of completed internship as follows:
- interns, who rent accommodation in Thessaloniki for the purpose of the internship, shall receive Euros 700 (proof of rent is required);
- interns, who do not rent accommodation in Thessaloniki for the purpose of their internship, shall receive Euros 400.
Interns shall be reimbursed for travel expenses incurred at the beginning and at the end of the internship up to the total cost of one round trip economy class airfare between the place of university or equivalent studies and Thessaloniki, unless they are entitled to claim such travel expenses from any other source.
Interns whose place of university or equivalent studies is less than 65 km from Thessaloniki are not entitled to reimbursement of travel expenses
