Job Description

Are you a recent Law graduate eager to apply your legal and analytical skills in an international corporate environment?

In this role, you will support the HR Department in managing administrative, contractual, and financial processes, while gaining hands-on experience in labour law application, digital transformation, and organizational management.

You will also collaborate directly with the HR Director, assisting in activities related to trade union relations, HR governance, and compliance. This internship is a great opportunity to bridge your legal background with practical HR experience, and to contribute to projects that truly shape the company’s people operations.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Managing and revising HR supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labour law principles.
  • Supporting the review, simplification, and digitalization of HR administrative processes and standardization of contractual documentations.
  • Supporting budget monitoring and cost control activities related to HR suppliers and services.
  • Assisting with reporting, data analysis, and preparation of documentation and presentation to the management.
  • Providing direct support to the HR Director, especially on topics related to trade union communication and HR governance.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement projects that enhance digital efficiency and compliance within HR.

What makes you the perfect fit:

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Law and/or HR/ Labour Law Master.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, employment law, and organizational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (minimum B2/C1); knowledge of another European language (e.g. German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital tools or HR systems is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, international context.
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
  • Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
