What You Need to Be Successful
- Master’s Degree in STEM subjects (recently or about to graduate)
- Less than 18 months of professional experience
- Fluency in English; another language will be considered a plus
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
- Innate aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal drive and result orientation.
