About the Graduate programme
Based in one of the world’s global financial centres, you will gain valuable insight into a variety of teams with experienced professionals who develop best-in-class products and manage high-value portfolios. Along the way, you will gain vital experience at the heart of a progressive business whilst being exposed to a range of areas, from the client Coverage division to the Product & the Investment division. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our DWS Graduate Programme, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This Graduate programme is an ideal way to deepen your Financial Services & Asset Management knowledge.
Our 12 months DWS Graduate programme consists of a technical training period and is followed by a direct placement in one of the following divisions:

The participation in speaker sessions, a variety of networking events and soft skills development opportunities will all form part of the Graduate programme.
This programme will be based in Frankfurt, Germany and will start in September 2023.
About the Product Division
DWS has a truly global and integrated Product Division to position our product suite as the key differentiator and strategic instrument for growth in an increasingly competitive asset management industry environment.
Our primary aim is to provide high quality and innovative products for our clients. We enable agile and innovative product development, with a clear focus on customer needs, quality, time-to-market and profitability along the whole product life cycle.
In the Product Division, you will work in a challenging, international work environment at the interface to other departments such as the CIO, sales, product specialists and infrastructure function. In day-to-day business, you will accompany the launch/change processes for investment funds and the product governance process.
By the end of the programme you will gain comprehensive insights into the value chain of a global asset manager and the value of cooperation with external asset management companies. Due to the close and varied cooperation with other teams, you will have a wide-ranging internal network at your disposal.
