Position description
Eurazeo has active presence in the European Private Debt markets since 2007. We are successfully managing more than €7bn in AuM and our team has completed over 200 deals in Europe. As an established Private Debt player we are focusing on the SME segment (with EBITDA sweet spot between €5m and €20m) and offer companies a full range of dedicated debt products including unitranche and acquisition facilities, mezzanine, and growth debt.
Responsibilities
- Initial deal review and screening;
- Business, financial and industry due diligence;
- Financial modelling of LBOs and valuation analysis;
- Execution support and post-investment transaction monitoring.

Key Success Factors
- Previous experience in Private Credit, Leveraged Finance or Corporate Finance;
- Solid academic record: pursuing a relevant Master’s degree in a top ranking Business School; Also engineering students with academic background in corporate finance will be considered;
- Strong analytical and modelling skills;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;
- Understanding of the Private Equity market;
- Fluency in German and English mandatory.
