We're hiring a Support Engineer Trainee to help evolve our Corporate Functions application portfolio.

Details

This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to manage and support complex applications. The support engineer is also involved in developing monitoring tools to alert the support team when issues arise on our platforms and in our cloud resources.

The candidate will be involved in the development of the monitoring platform, which will be implemented on the Microsoft stack. The Corporate Functions systems are all high availability multi-tier platforms, some of them exploring Microsoft D365 Platform, SharePoint Online and Azure Services using the latest .Net patterns and practices.

The candidate will be required to thoroughly understand the business processes and liaise directly with end-users and business analysts.

Key accountabilities:

  • Support the Dublin office in the end-user scope
  • Deliver hardware to new joiners and collect from leavers
  • Implement and configure monitoring for corporate systems
  • Respond to support tickets within the SLA
