What You’ll Do
- You'll support the day-to-day flow of operations, organising cleaners, following up on maintenance, and making sure everything is in place for arrivals.
- You’ll be a go-to point of contact, offering friendly and reliable support to both guests and owners. From answering questions to resolving issues.
- You’ll work closely with contractors like cleaners and handymen, making sure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- You’ll also keep clear records of tasks, updates, and communications to help the wider team stay aligned and informed.

What We’re Looking For
- Proactive and dependable, with great attention to detail.

- Team player who can also work independently.
- Weekend availability (part of a rotating schedule).
