About the internship 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Business Development Intern to join our Retail & Strategic Verticals team for a 6-month internship. The role offers hands-on experience in supporting B2B sales operations, with a strong focus on Salesforce management, reporting, and daily collaboration with our Business Development Specialists (BDS) and Key Account Managers (KAM) across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Retail & Strategic Verticals team with sales coordination and client follow-up

  • Manage and update Salesforce: opportunities, accounts, contacts, and sales activities

  • Support the creation of sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track pipeline and performance

  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, commercial offers, and account reviews

  • Help with lead qualification, data accuracy, and CRM enrichment

  • Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams

Description of Ideal Candidate

Profile 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data

  • Familiar with Salesforce or any CRM tool (a strong plus)

  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn

  • Fluent in French and English is mandatory; other European languages are a plus

  • Strong interest in sales, digital technology, or the payment industry
