TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather content from across departments for newsletters and campaigns
- Support the development of brand presentations
- Leadership and team briefing documents
- Event guestlist management and coordination
- Support campaign execution by developing briefing decks and using our project management tool
- Be the bridge between the communications, digital marketing and social media teams by collecting and analysing data
- Support the team on content research and update the annual culture and events calendar
- Update relevant documents related to Design Hotels Culture Journal
- Ensure the wider Commercial and Brand teams are regularly kept updated on the latest articles and hotels features
- Research the happenings within Design Hotels portfolio and curate the ‘Happenings’ section on Design Hotels website
- Share news from Culture Journal and ‘Happenings’ internally
- Support on researching and curating new playlists for Design Hotels Spotify channel
- Regularly update internal documents

EXPERIENCE & MINDSET
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is not required—native English is a plus
- Great communication skills (specifically in English, writing and editing skills)
- Great understanding of brand identity and visual brand standards
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive team member who shows initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Keynote
- Excel/Google Sheets experience (bonus, not required)
