YOUR TASKS:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the review, verification, and consolidation of legal and administrative HR documents for all entities within the Group.
  • Contributing to the monitoring of compliance with local social legislation, Group policies, and internal guidelines.
  • Assisting with the updating and management of HR databases, records, and document management systems.
  • Collaborating with HR team members on specific projects (e.g., policy updates, employee engagement, HR process improvement).

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

The candidate should meet the following requirements : 

  • Currently studying Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Highly meticulous with a strong sense of organisation
  • Interest in labor law and HR compliance
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
  • Proactive, organized, and structured personality
  • Absolute respect for confidentiality
  • Excellent command of both French and English (C1 level - written and spoken).
