What you could be doing: 

Some of the tasks involved in this role are: 

  • The Technical Graduate will act as Junior Project Engineer and supports the Swedish Commercial team in project engineering of Paroc Panel System and/or Kingspan Insulated Panels products.  

  • The person will learn to handle projects end-to-end from transfer of orders in systems to packaging planning, installation diagrams, panel and accessories planning/details and dimensioning.  

  • The Technical Graduate can also act as a technical advisor, liaising internally and externally and supporting project monitoring and customer communication.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Candidate requirements: 

  • You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2026 

  • You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.) 

  • You must be eligible to live and work permanently in Sweden 

  • You will need to have a Degree and/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.: 

  • Degree Bachelor’s/Master’s in Building Technology, Industrial Management or equivalent  

  • IT skills: MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit (3D planning tools) is preferred.

  • In addition to a good level of verbal and written English, you must also be fluent in  Swedish

  • The commitment to deliver the job and go beyond what is expected 

  • The motivation to want to explore agile learning and advance your knowledge to make projects work 

  • Ability to process, evaluate and interpret results and make informed decisions
