For our department Talent Attraction within Human Resources department, we are looking for a (an): Internship Talent Attraction.
Details
Main duties:
- Assist with pre-screen candidates and manage database accordingly
- Support the elaboration of sourcing solutions
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed: interviews scheduling, recruitment events research, database management, job postings, interview scheduling, candidates files preparation, etc.
- Organize and attend job fairs and HR related events

Required profile:
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 year minimum;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to speak with a wide variety of individuals
- High level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position
- Priorities management
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and multi-tasking
- Ability to effectively use Office pack
- Be accurate, detail oriented and quality driven
- Excellent communication skills in English and French is mandatory (oral and written), Luxemburgish and German considered as an asset.
