What the Next Generation Women Leaders Asia-Pacific program offers
With decades of experience shaping global leaders and cultivating impactful networks, we know what it takes to build women’s leadership potential—and we’re ready to invest in yours.
- Inspiration and insights: During various learning sessions, you will gain invaluable insights from other successful women on how to become and grow as a leader. Their journeys will inspire you to lead with impact.
- Personal and professional development: During interactive workshops, you will build upon your leadership skills, shape your leadership style, and bring your confidence and communication skills to the next level.
- Networking and mentorship: During and after the event, you will build a supportive network of women who will inspire, challenge, and mentor you.
Agenda
Next Generation Women Leaders (NGWL) Asia – Pacific is an opportunity to ask questions, and ample time to get to know one another in an informal setting. Throughout the program, attendees will participant in interactive workshops, hear from inspirations McKinsey Leaders and NGWL Alumni, and work with facilitators to further shape their leadership style. During the program, attendees will enhance their leadership skills and focus on personal and professional development – in particular, confidence, consulting tool-kit and communication skills.

Eligibility
To be considered for NGWL Asia–Pacific, you must be currently based in or have very strong ties with the Asia-Pacific region. You must also be:

A bachelor’s, master’s, PhD, or MBA student graduating no later than 2027.
or
- A professional with up to eight years of work experience.
