Details
The Marketing and Sales Intern works closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Director, assisting with developing sales tools, recording sales insights, and liaising with wholesale clients. This position can be completed from our New York or Guatemala offices or remotely. Please indicate your preferred location in your application.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating wholesale client lists including research into prospective clients.
- Assist with thorough product sales analysis through the use of data dumping and updating pivot tables.
- Assist with strategizing and managing wholesale and direct to consumer content calendars.
- Assist in the development of sales tools, including linesheets, e-pitches, product & collection descriptions, and other collateral

Key requirements
- Strong interest in marketing, the ethical fashion industry and business required
- Self-motivated and highly organized with great attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel, including pivot tables a huge plus
- Enthusiasm for Mercado Global's mission and products
- Working towards or College degree in Marketing, Business or similar, a plus
