What's it all about?

Support analytical and experimental work in the field of power quality (PQ) measurements
Collect and analyse input signals, including theoretical examples and real-world PQ measurement data
Evaluate the transfer characteristics of low-power voltage transformers (LPVTs) based on measurements and theoretical models
Calculate and compare transformer output signals with original input signals
Analyse the impact of unsuitable voltage transformers on PQ measurements and protection functions
Document results in a structured technical report with the goal of a scientific-style publication

Description of Ideal Candidate

What are we looking for?

Ongoing studies in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical field
Basic understanding of power systems, power quality, voltage transformers is an advantage
Interest in measurement technology and data analysis
Experience with Python is an advantage
Ability to work analytically and document results clearly in written form
