Overview

Odin is on a mission to drive human progress by fundamentally reimagining how we invest.

Details

We envision a world where people can vote with their money on what the future looks like, and participate in creating it.

To achieve this, we’re building a community-centric platform to launch and invest in venture capital funds & angel syndicates.

We offer investment infrastructure for fund managers, as well as communication features allowing investors to connect & collaborate with each other, and discover & invest in funds and individual deals. You can imagine it a bit like Stripe meets Twitter, for investing.

Our mission is ambitious and underpinned by our values. We’re already trusted by over 5,000 VCs, angels and founders, and we are just getting started.

The Role

Reporting to our Financial Operations Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning the SPV Process: Taking charge of our deal and operational finance processes, managing tasks such as setting up legal entities, processing refunds, reconciling accounts, billing customers, managing subscription contracts, tracking KPIs, managing cash flow and FX, dealing with exits, and overseeing other investment events and regulatory reporting
  • Documentation: Meticulously documenting all finance processes and proposing enhancements and automations to streamline our operations
  • Implementation of Improvements: Internally implementing finance process improvements and collaborating with the Product team on automation and productisation
  • New Processes: Collaborating on the implementation of new processes for emerging products, such as new legal structures
  • Customer Interaction: Directly liaising with customers at every stage of the process, noting feedback and identifying pain points to enhance their experience

This role extends beyond managing day-to-day processes. Your mission to optimise, streamline, and automate existing operations for enhanced efficiency.
