We are seeking a motivated Working Student (m/f/d) to join our Business Development & Product Management team at the Center of Excellence Metallurgy in Luxembourg. This role focuses on business analytics and innovation management, with a particular emphasis on green steel and decarbonization initiatives.

Your main tasks:

  • Create reports, presentations, and visualizations using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel

  • Assist in market research, business modelling and product & portfolio analysis activities

  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to green steel and decarbonization

  • Generate data-driven and desktop-research based insights

  • Collaborate with team members to identify growth opportunities and innovation pathways.

What do we expect?

  • Currently enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student with a flexible schedule

  • Fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively

  • Demonstrated capability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, especially under tight deadlines

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, including experience with event coordination or organization

  • Previous experience or coursework related to business analytics, intelligence, or a relevant field is advantageous.
