Being part of our on-site client teams from day one helps you to develop business and team management skills through front-line client exposure and global team work. For great candidates we have internship opportunities with 3 to 6 months duration throughout the year, without a fixed starting period.

- Our origin - Help companies of all sizes to grow and develop: Reddal was founded in 2010 to help drive our clients’ growth and financial performance more cost effectively than previously possible. Our founders shared the belief that the traditional model of consulting was highly overpriced. Reddal was created to merge the best characteristics of management consulting and outsourcing into a powerful new model. Business development as a service, or BDaaS, was born and we started our global journey. Since then we have served clients in over 40 countries, and today operate globally with 50+ employees and offices in Helsinki, Seoul, Dubai, and Kuala Lumpur. We are also operative in Tehran, Iran and in Jena, Germany.

Description of Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong academic record. Typically studies in engineering, mathematics, physics, finance, or economics provide a firm basis for strong analytical skills that are a prerequisite for success in our work. However, we appreciate diversity and encourage people with different backgrounds to apply.
- Finland: Minimum of 3 years of completed university studies
- South Korea: BS or MS degree (graduated) in any field
- Middle East: BS or MS degree (graduated) in any field
- Excellent problem solving skills – strong analytical mindset and passion for solving complex business challenges
- True team-player attitude – a considerate collaborator with the ambition to create true impact and value together with our clients
- Own entrepreneurial ambition – strong desire to help innovate, develop and build new businesses, including our own
- Broad global mindset – excellent communication skills in English are required and knowledge of other languages and cultures are considered highly beneficial
- Finland: fluency in English is essential, command of Finnish language is not required
- South Korea: fluency in both English and Korean is essential
- Middle East: fluency in both English and Farsi is essential
- Relevant work or internship experience, for example experience from professional services, investment banking, venture capital or entrepreneurship, is considered an advantage
