We’re looking for a Graduate Marketing Manager (Quant) to own and scale performance-driven growth initiatives. You'll work with the world's major marketing platforms, analyse performance data, run optimisation experiments, and translate insights into scalable growth initiatives.
This role combines analytical depth, creativity, and operational ownership that directly affect budget allocation, creative directions, and revenue.

What you'll be doing
- Launching and managing performance marketing campaigns across major digital platforms
- Designing and running optimisation experiments, including formulating hypotheses, testing new ideas, audiences, and approaches
- Partnering with creative teams to shape, test, and improve marketing creatives based on data and insights
- Collaborating with Product, Data, Engineering, and local market teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals
- Using quantitative analysis with creative problem-solving to identify non-obvious opportunities and break through growth plateaus where standard playbooks stop working

What you'll need
- To have graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a top university
- A minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 in any other country
- Prior evidence of interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing
- An analytical mindset and to be comfortable working with data to inform decisions
- Curiosity and a willingness to experiment and learn from results
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to follow through on execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time availability from April 2026
Nice to have
- Previous internship experience at a well-known, selective non-tech company, such as a Tier 1 strategy consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or an investment bank/private equity firm
- Knowledge of the retail banking industry (e.g., via consulting)
