Overview
The RBC Leadership Development Program is designed to build future leaders through an accelerated two year period with a focus in one of five streams. The program consists of four 6-month rotations where you will collaborate with leaders on complex assignments while developing your skills through formal training.

- CFO Group: The CFO stream allows you to experience the RBC Global Finance organization, while exposing you to some of the challenges of working in a complex environment. As a specialized finance & accounting professional, you will provide sound financial governance and advice to our partners.
- Internal Audit: The Internal Audit stream provides you with an opportunity to develop your skills and the potential to accelerate into a future Internal Audit and Enterprise leadership role. This experienced-based approach to development provides exposure to various parts of RBC, enabling you to build your skills, knowledge and capabilities.
- Group Risk Management: The Group Risk Management (GRM) stream will expose you to unique and challenging assignments while developing your leadership capabilities. This stream falls under the executive direction of our Chief Risk Officer, and supports various GRM teams to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness while gaining practical hands-on experience.
- Enterprise: The Enterprise stream will provide you with the unique opportunity to work on customized assignments aligned to business priorities and your career goals that can span across all businesses and functions at RBC.
- Personal & Commercial Banking: The Personal & Commercial Banking stream provides you with the opportunity to develop a solid and in-depth understanding of how RBC’s largest business segment operates and interacts within RBC. You’ll have the opportunity to build strategies, develop products, lead cross-functional teams, as well as implement and execute to support the various lines of business.
