You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Supporting designers with layouts, presentations, and visual materials
- Creating graphic assets for presentations, campaigns, and internal use
- Assisting with simple space planning ideas and visual concepts
- Updating and organizing design content and templates
- Collaborating with team members to prepare client-ready materials
- Applying Steelcase brand guidelines across all design work

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a design-related field (Art & Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Marketing, Communication, UX/UI)
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint
- Foundational design skills (graphic, spatial, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Fluent in English
Desired Skills and Experience
- Exposure to design projects (academic or personal)
- Understanding of layout, typography, and visual composition
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity and openness to learning
- German or French is a plus

This is a 12-month limited contract role.
