What you'll do

  • You will be in charge of recruiting interns for TomTom in Western Europe, using job postings as well as establishing contacts with universities;
  • You will connect with both hiring managers and candidates and offer them the best recruitment experience possible!
  • You will be in charge of presenting internship opportunities and TomTom in student visit events;
  • You will also have the chance to organize internal and external events for your fellow interns!

What you'll need

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR or any other related field;
  • You are either an EU citizen OR are enrolled in a Dutch university;
  • You are fluent in English; 
  • Fluency in Dutch is a big plus;
  • You are detail-oriented, with great organizational and planning skills; 
  • You are a good team player, while being able to work independently;
  • You are able to manage multiple projects at the same time and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment;
  • You are curious and eager to learn;
  • You have great communication and relationship-building skills;
  • Having an interest in Tech is a plus!

  • 1100 Euros/month (gross salary based on full-time work)
  • Six-month internship contract
