Details
The team is organised into two highly collaborative sub-teams: Project Management and Coverage. The Project Management team, which you will be part of, consists of six professionals based in Stockholm, Munich, and London, and is responsible for preparing fundraising materials, coordinating due diligence processes, and managing investor communications and events.
Your responsibilities
As an intern, you will gain exposure to a broad range of Investor Relations activities and support the team across several key areas:
- Marketing materials: Contribute to the creation, refinement, and maintenance of marketing documents (e.g. pitch decks, fundraising materials)
- Due Diligence: Assistin drafting responses to due diligence questionnaires and help maintainthe firm’s centralised database of standard answers.
- Investor communication: Support the preparation of written communications for investors, including updates on new investments, exits, and other key milestones.
- Events: Contribute to the preparation of materials and coordination of logistics for major investor events, such as the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and LP Advisory Committee (LPAC) meetings.
In addition, you will gain exposure to broader Investor Relations processes such as quarterly reporting, co-investment coordination, and ad-hoc investor requests, working closely with colleagues across Verdane.

Your profile
- Master’s degree graduate or studying towards a Master’s degree
- Relevant internship experience in the financial sector (minimum 6 months) such as: Private Equity, Investment Banking, Placement Agents, Asset Managementor Consulting with financial exposure
- Proficient in using AI tools and digital technologies to support analysis, content creation, and process efficiency; data-handling experience is considered a strong advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (Nordic languages or German is an advantage)
- Strong project management skills: self-starter, organised, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communicator: ability to work and build relationships with a large,decentralised team
