The Vinted Go Carrier Internship Programme offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of Europe’s leading logistics teams. As an intern, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects that support our goals - to make delivery smarter, more affordable, and member-focused.

Details

You’ll spend most of your time working closely with your team, learning directly from experienced professionals in areas such as operations optimisation, business development, transportation coordination, strategy, and programme management. Throughout the internship, you’ll receive guidance from your manager and mentor to help you grow both personally and professionally.

The programme runs twice a year: starting in January and July and typically lasts around six months. To get the most from the experience, interns are expected to be available for the full duration.

Information about the position 

The Vinted Go Operations Strategy & Integration team is responsible for launching, scaling and optimizing Vinted Go Carrier Operations. We do this by identifying improvement opportunities and driving a variety of initiatives across expansion, automation & operational efficiency.

We are looking for two motivated interns to join us and help shape the future of our operations - from opening a warehouse to improving last-mile delivery time. In this role, you will hit the ground running from day 1 and partner with experienced program managers to tackle logistical challenges, improve processes and implement innovative solutions. 

In this position, you’ll 

  • Learn first-hand about sortation operations & first/last-mile delivery
  • Develop project management skills, from scoping an initiative to scaling a solution
  • Understand how to measure performance and project impact 
  • Work closely with stakeholders across all Vinted Go functions (Field Operations, Engineering, Product, Commercial Partnerships, etc.)
  • Help the team execute initiatives on a broad range of topics

  • Completely fluent in English: you have excellent written and verbal communications skills. French is a big plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoying engaging with a variety of stakeholders
