We’re building a scalable, high performing platform for our 16 million customers. And we’re looking for Workforce Management Intern to join us on our mission for 10 weeks in the summer (24th June - 30th August 2024).

Job Description

How you will contribute to the Workforce Management team: 

  • Create and optimise short, mid and long term capacity planning, so that our customers get support within defined service-level agreements

  • Conduct ad hoc scenario simulations and sensitivity analysis to ensure optimal resource allocation

  • You will have flexibility in how and where you work. We understand everyone needs a little something different - so we’ll do our best to make it happen, but we recommend coming to the office as much as possible during your internship!

Description of Ideal Candidate

What does it take? These things are a must:

  • You are graduating in 2024 from a Bachelors or Masters degree. This might be in Computer Science (or any other STEM subject)

  • You are able to start a 10 weeks internship job from 24th June - 30th August 2024

  • Proficient in JavaScript and related frameworks, with experience in API integrations

  • Skilled in Python, capable of leveraging APIs for data automation and interaction

  • Strong in SQL, including window functions and CTEs, with the ability to integrate and manipulate API-driven data

  • Advanced user of spreadsheets, including VBA or Google Apps Script

  • You’re a self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously.

  • Eligible to work in Estonia

And these would be great, but aren’t essential:

  • You’ve experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) and turning complex data into an easy to follow story
