We are looking for an Operations & Strategy Intern on a rolling basis, with a minimum commitment of five months. Are you a motivated student nearing the end of your studies or a recent graduate with a structured mindset, a proactive attitude, or a passion for detail? Do you want to experience how the private markets actually work and help shape how they operate at scale? Then this is your chance to join one of Berlin’s hottest startups in the FinTech space.
Your Mission
As an Operations & Strategy Intern, you’ll become part of our core Ops team - solving real problems across private market investing. You’ll take ownership in one of four focus areas depending on your strengths and interests, and support process execution, improvement, and scale. While track placement will reflect business needs, you’ll remain part of the broader Ops team with opportunities to explore other areas during your time with us. This is your opportunity to learn fast, work hard, and make your mark.
Focus Areas
Investor Due Diligence
Help us maintain trust with our clients by supporting robust investor onboarding and compliance processes. You’ll work within clearly structured workflows (like KYC/AML checks), flag inconsistencies, and keep our controls running smoothly. Ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a calm, structured working style - and the ability to speak up when it matters.

Fund Administration
Support our fund onboarding process by coordinating investor support, client onboarding, document preparation, and troubleshooting operational issues as funds transition onto our platform. You’ll liaise with internal and external stakeholders, map fund structures, and help ensure a smooth and scalable onboarding experience. . This focus is ideal for structured, proactive problem-solvers who enjoy bringing clarity to complexity and improving systems sustainably.

Venture Operations
Get a front-row seat to how unregulated investment vehicles are executed on our platform. You’ll manage investor onboarding, investment documentation, capital calls, and more - helping us scale deal execution with quality and speed across jurisdictions, focusing on process efficiency and end-to-end automation across jurisdictions. This is for you if you’re a fast learner, clear communicator, and want to work at the intersection of product and operations.

Fund Accounting
Take ownership of investor reporting cycles, a regulatory requirement for funds in each of our jurisdictions. You’ll work with large datasets, external accountants and our product team to help ensure that investors receive accurate, timely, and clear reports. Perfect for structured and detail-driven minds who can turn complex data into meaningful, compliant communications.

Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (VC, consulting, investment banking, business law, etc.) or an operations-related role, ideally in a fast-paced setting

You are a recent graduate or nearing the end of your studies

Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership

Curious and proactive mindset - you like to ask “why” instead of just accepting things

Understanding of basic private market fundamentals and an interest to dive deep into private asset investing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)

Familiarity with automation and project management tools like Notion, Make, Asana or Retool is a plus
