About the Graduate programme

Based in one of the world’s global financial centres, you will gain valuable insight into a variety of teams with experienced professionals who develop best-in-class products and manage high-value portfolios. Along the way, you will gain vital experience at the heart of a progressive business whilst being exposed to a range of areas, from the client Coverage division to the Product & the Investment division. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our DWS Graduate Programme, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This Graduate programme is an ideal way to deepen your Financial Services & Asset Management knowledge.

Our 12 month DWS Graduate programme consists of a technical training period and is followed by a direct placement in one of the following divisions:

• Product

• Real Estate

About the Alternative Investments Division

The area of Alternative Investments is one of the world's largest investment managers for real estate and managers. We invest worldwide for private customers and institutional investors within the framework of mutual funds, institutional funds and closed-end funds. Our investment spectrum extends to offices, retail, logistics, residential and hotels. Our funds hold real estate in trust on all continents, so our working environment is truly international. In addition to equity investments, the company also participates in loans secured by real estate.

At Alternatives you will get to know the entire life cycle of a real estate investment - from purchase, through to management, through to the sale - and find out that teamwork plays an very important role for us. By the end of the programme you will know which factors significantly influence the critical success of a real estate investment.
