Overview

The Eaton Commercial Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a three-year program that involves three unique, 12-month assignments across different business and 2 different countries and Eaton locations. Two assignments are in commercial area meaning it is a role in the sales organization and one assignment is in the operations area which will help you to gain experience in supply chain and manufacturing part of our business.

Program Overview

  • We are looking for a candidate to start the program in our Aerospace division joining our sales team.  
  • The program is planned to start beginning of September 2024. 
  • Potential Commercial Assignment include: business intelligence, technical support, quotation engineering, application engineering, product management, strategic sales etc. 
  • Potential Operations Assignments include:  lean/continuous improvement, quality, project management, supply chain management, project management, logistics etc.

After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career paths within the commercial field.

Description of Ideal Candidate

Required Qualifications:  

  • Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business and or Engineering (economics, business administration, marketing, data science or engineering major in electrical, environmental, mechanical, industrial, industrial & systems, computer, chemical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering; or other STEM background) with a graduation date no later than August 2024 
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (max 3 years of experience) 
  • Desire to build a leadership career in multinational company  
  • Leadership aptitude and/or demonstrated leadership experience within university or community 
  • Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results 
  • Geographical flexibility to relocate within the EMEA for the duration of the program 
  • Fluent in English and any other further language is a plus
