Create impact: As an HR Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting our workforce operations. From shift planning to onboarding and payroll coordination, you’ll be at the frontline of day-to-day HR processes. You’ll work closely with our on-site teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient people operations—every single day.

Collaborate cross-functionally: You’ll work closely with teams across operations, recruitment, and payroll—gaining a holistic view of HR in a scale-up context. Whether it’s helping prepare contracts, organizing onboarding sessions, or collecting data for payroll, your role will touch every part of our employee experience.

Your missions

  • Support weekly planning for temp and student workers

  • Help prepare employment contracts and process DPAEs

  • Coordinate on-site onboarding (badges, access, welcome sessions)

  • Track working hours and support payroll processes

  • Assist with disciplinary documentation and follow-ups

  • Maintain and update HR databases and tools

  • Participate in recruitment: job postings, CV screening, interviews

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in people operations

Your profile

We believe attitude beats experience—so if you’re excited about the role, we want to hear from you!

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Bachelor/Master level)

  • Bilingual or fluent in French and English

  • Organized, reliable, and eager to learn—you're the kind of person who spots issues before they happen

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, etc.) and quick to adapt to new tools
