Context:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and supportive talent to join our Procurement team.
In this role, you will provide valuable assistance and contribute to the successful management of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for our Procurement department.
Your primary responsibility will be to review legacy contracts and update contract data in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Your missions:
- Review and analyze legacy contracts.
- Update and maintain contract data in the CLM system.
- Understand and interpret legal and commercial terms.
- Create and manage relationships between different contracts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract information.
- Collaborate with procurement team members to ensure seamless contract management.

Your profile:
- Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of a law program and looking for a summer internship starting June for 2-3 months
- Good understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in using software applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
