Responsabilities
You will assist the Global L’Oréal Operations team on initiatives spanning cross-market collaboration and new business development:
- Producing and distributing monthly newsletters for global markets.
- Coordinating with local teams worldwide on the rollout and adoption of new AI-driven tools, ensuring clarity, alignment and smooth implementation.
- Creating and maintaining trackers for new business pitches, market engagement and innovation initiatives.
- Supporting ongoing operational improvements for greater network connectivity.
- Supporting process improvements and operational frameworks that strengthen global network connectivity.
- Creating clear documentation, toolkits, guides and communications to support market adoption of global programs.
