Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive and effective training and development service to our business in the UAE. This role involves working across all business lines and corporate employees, acting as the main point of contact for all in-house training courses and the graduate development program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and arrange training programs to address identified learning needs.

  • Manage training invitations, track responses, and monitor attendance levels.

  • Organize logistics for training sessions, including venue bookings, travel, and accommodation arrangements.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure smooth delivery of programs.

  • Maintain and update training databases, ensuring accurate records of participation and completion.

  • Prepare and distribute training materials and resources for scheduled sessions.

  • Administer post-training evaluations, compile feedback, and generate reports to support continuous improvement.

  • Respond to general training-related queries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Prepare and issue training and graduate program certificates.

  • Review study leaves and assistance requests, and draft approval letters as required.

  • Attend training events and meetings to provide on-ground support when necessary.

  • Deliver administrative support for Graduate Development Programs, Performance Management processes, and other Talent Management initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for graduate-related queries, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.

  • Provide Talent Management support for Emiratization initiatives, addressing all TM-related requirements for associated projects.

  • Take meeting minutes and ensure accurate documentation of discussions and action items.

  • Assist the wider Talent Management team with research on training content and help curate learning pathways from available resources.

  • Perform additional ad-hoc administrative and support tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.

  • Up to 1 year of experience in Human Resources is preferred, with some exposure to Talent Management or Learning & Development considered an advantage.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic projects are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Talent Management and/or Learning & Development initiatives, is an asset.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills in all areas of work.

  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills. 

  • Capable of effective teamwork and the ability to work on own initiative.
