OUR PROGRAM STREAMS

• Investment Management: Our Investment Management business manage approximately A$47 billion globally in property assets via funds and separate mandates. As an Investment Management Graduate, you will work alongside teams responsible for delivering our long-term investment returns and active asset management strategies. Based on business needs, you may experience areas in the Funds, Capital Transactions, New Business, Asset Management and Investor Relations teams.
• Development: Our Development business is predominantly focused on the creation of mixed-use precincts and urban regeneration that comprise of apartments, workplaces, retail and associated leisure and entertainment amenities. A key differentiator is our end-to-end capability across real estate from concept and planning to design and delivery, through to capital partnering and investment management. As a Property Development Graduate, you will gain exposure to various project stages including Origination, Conversion, and Delivery, contributing to the design and delivery of the project to ensure successful execution.
• Construction: Build your career with Australia’s only locally owned Tier 1 construction company. Lendlease is renowned for its market-leading design, project management, and construction services. As a graduate, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to some of Australia’s most iconic and innovative projects across sectors including commercial, retail, aviation, health, education, residential, and defence.
• Enterprise Support: Your career in one of our Enterprise Support functions will have you partnering and supporting the functional aspects of our business across Investment Management, Development and Construction. The support teams lead a range of projects and initiatives relating to our people, their safety, finance, technology, risk management, sustainability and business transformation.
