What you'll get to do

During your program within the Global Consumer Engagement team, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Programmatic & Measurement Support
    • Support the coordination of the Programmatic T&L Innovation Program, assisting the team in driving innovation across all markets and brands.
    • Coordinate and follow up on Measurement and Brand Safety initiatives, ensuring progress with partners like IAS and Nielsen in line with the defined roadmap.
    • Assist in the deployment of Media Partnerships (Google and others) to brands and markets by coordinating sessions, gathering feedback, and following up on next steps.
  • Social Media Support
    • Collaborate in the Social T&L Innovation Program, providing support to the innovation efforts in social media.
    • Contribute to the execution of the Social Media roadmap, including:
      • Preparing documentation with the agency to summarize performance, investment, audience behavior, and key insights.
      • Assisting in the development of Scorecards for key platforms.
    • Support the deployment of the Social Media Partnerships roadmap, including:
      • Organizing training and certification programs.
      • Tracking investment commitments by partner.
      • Consolidating data and insights in scorecards.
  • Media Performance & Acceleration Trackers
    • Create quarterly consolidated reports per region using data from various performance trackers:
      • Digital Golden Rules (Publicis)
      • Scorecards (Google and Meta)
      • Digital Productivity Tracker (Ebiquity)
    • Coordinate with local teams to gather results, align on action plans, and organize follow-up calls when needed.
