Graduate Program

The Graduate Career Program plays a key role in shaping the future of Group IT by helping to build our new Global Data & AI Hub—and offers an exciting launchpad for your career at Symrise.

This 12-month global program is designed for recent graduates ready to kickstart their careers through a combination of structured learning, hands-on experience, and personal mentorship. You'll receive formal training, work on real business challenges, and gain exposure to senior leaders—all within a highly collaborative and innovative environment.

The program focuses on growing your technology expertise, deepening your business understanding, and accelerating your development. You’ll work on real projects that address complex challenges, contribute to innovation, and help shape the future of our practices. Through agile, cross-functional teamwork, you’ll gain insights into product development and data-driven decision-making on a global scale.

Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager, you will guide the development of innovative technology products by aligning business goals with deep technical insight. Acting as a bridge between engineering, design, and business teams, you will:

  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on user needs and business objectives

  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear product strategies and roadmaps

  • Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, and stakeholders across the organization

  • Drive product lifecycle—from discovery and development to launch and continuous improvement

  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data

Description of Ideal Candidate

Who we're looking for:

  • You hold or are on track to complete a master’s degree by September 2025 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Informatics, Business Information Systems, or a related technical or quantitative field, with above-average academic performance

  • You have up to two years of relevant experience, such as internships, study abroad, or post-graduation employment in technical or product-related roles

  • You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance technical depth and business insight

  • You are analytical, adaptable, and curious, with a passion for solving real-world problems through technology

  • You thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments and take initiative to drive results

  • You are fluent in English (CEFR level C1 or equivalent, such as a TOEFL score of 95+)
