About
The World Bank Group, under the sponsorship of the Middle East and North Africa Vice Presidency and in collaboration with the Human Resources Vice Presidency, is launching a MNA Fellows Program which aims to:
- Identify, grow, and develop professionals from MNA countries for immediate or future placement opportunities at the WBG headquarters in Washington, or in any of the WBG country offices
- Increase representation of MNA nationals at the WBG
- Increase the number of nationals from MNA countries selected into the WBG Young Professionals Program
- Build skills of young talent in technical areas of critical importance to the development of the MNA region

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the MNA Fellows Program, applicants must:
- Be national of the Donor Program country
- Have a Master's degree with ideally two years of experience
- Be fluent in English
- Be committed to International Development
- Fully compliant with the selection criteria listed in the relevant terms of reference (TOR)
- Women are particularly encouraged to apply.
