Details

About the division:

With more than 700 colleagues worldwide, Group Audit is based in our key hubs New York, London, Frankfurt and Singapore, as well as in 26 other countries. We combine independence, integrity and transparency with a strong business focus and a risk-based approach to assess how effectively the Bank’s control environment works.

As Deutsche Bank’s ‘third line of defense’, we play a visible and trusted role across the Bank, advising Senior Management on important issues and increasingly supporting discussions with our regulators. Our global network creates an international, dynamic environment where you can learn from experienced colleagues and specialists around the world. Team spirit, support and shared social activities are an important part of how we work together.

About the role:

From day-to-day business to special projects, you will take on varied tasks that require attention to detail, commitment and a goal-oriented mindset. You will support the relevant audit manager with audit planning and quickly start contributing to the success of audits. As you grow in the role, your responsibilities will expand to include more complex tasks. By working with colleagues across Group Audit and key stakeholders, you will gain broad insight into how our bank operates and the challenges different departments are solving.

Your specific tasks will depend on your team. You will learn from experienced professionals, develop both professionally and personally, and build a strong foundation for future specialisation.

Areas in which you could work:

  • Business-aligned teams such as Corporate Bank, Private Bank and Strategy & Change; or infrastructure-aligned teams such as Technology, Risk, Compliance, Sourcing, Anti-Financial Crime, HR & Global Real Estate, Legal & Regulatory Affairs or Finance
  • Central teams such as Data Analytics or Professional Practices
